Shipping & Returns

Shipping Policy

Thanks for choosing us.

Please note that due to the complexities of our fulfillment process, we are unable to change or update any information, apply any promotional codes, or cancel an order once an order has been placed at checkout.

Please allow 3-5 business days for us to ship your items out, and 15 days for handmade items to be shipped out. 

This means that after an order is placed, it may take up to 15 days for the item/items to be shipped.

All orders placed over the weekend will be processed the following week.

We will work as quickly as possible to ship out all orders, however due to COVID-19, shipping times may be delayed.

Once you are notified that your items have shipped, you will receive a tracking number and all further shipping questions will be handled by USPS. 

Shipping costs are automatically calculated based on the size and weight of the items purchased. We do not profit off of shipping costs and strive to offer the lowest shipping prices that we possibly can.

Exchange Policy

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may return it to us for a refund. Please note that handmade items are made-to-order therefore we are unable to accept returns or exchanges. To prevent this happening please make sure to measure yourself accurately using our size guide.

RETURNS

 

All returns must be postmarked within ten (10) days of the delivery date.
All returned items must be in new and unused condition, with all original tags and labels attached.

RETURN PROCESS

 

To return an item follow the steps that you'll find on the form inside your package.

Please note, you will be responsible for all return shipping charges.

We strongly recommend that you use a trackable method to mail your return. 

 

REFUNDS

 

After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item, we will process your return. Please allow at least ten (10) days from the receipt of your item to process your return. We will notify you by email when your return has been processed.

    

For defective or damaged products, please contact us at our customer service e-mail within 2 days of the date your order was delivered to arrange a refund or exchange.

An image will be required before your claim is processed.  
Please note : once an item has been worn or used, we are not liable for any damage caused (e.g. wear and tear)

PLEASE NOTE

Once the package is in the hands of USPS we are not responsible for lost or stolen items.

Any concern about lost or stolen items has to be redirected to Usps.
